First Time Home Buyer

Looking to Buy?

If you're a first time home buyer, you're probably wondering where to start. The first thing you should do when you decide it’s time to start looking for a home, is to get pre-approved for a loan. This is an easy first step, and usually only takes around 10 minutes on the phone with a mortgage lender. Getting pre-approved lets you and I know how much money your lender is willing to lend to you for a home, as well as showing sellers that you’re a serious buyer when making an offer! If you aren't sure about which lender to choose, let me know and I'd be happy to refer several reputable lenders I work with!

When you allow me the opportunity to represent you, I’ll ask for some specific information on what you’re looking for and we’ll only view homes that meet those criteria. Next we’ll figure out which days you’re free, and we'll try to schedule around 5 showing appointments per day for us to view. The reason I only schedule around 5 showings per day is because homes can get clustered together after viewing so many, and this allows homes we viewed to remain fresh in your mind!

When you find a home you like, I’ll help negotiate on your behalf for the lowest price possible and will assist you in writing an offer and all other appropriate paperwork until the title is in your name! I’ll also be available to you in the future should you need any recommendations for a good plumber, electrician, kitchen remodeler, general contractor etc. I'm available 7 days a week and can be reached by call/text at (330) 322-8868 or by email at [email protected] . I look forward to working with you!
